We will be at Kealkill for the parade on St Patrick’s day as well as the usual Skibbereen market on Saturday with a range of treats for you to enjoy the long weekend and get into the spirit of the celebrations.
If you have not already tried our new shortbread, this is the ideal time to do so and you can enjoy it just for this weekend, themed to celebrate St Patrick’s day.
Our shortbread will also featured in a special product that we are doing just for St Patrick’s day. They are our take on iced gems. Our’s are called Iced Gemmas, in honour of a good friend of the Sweet Factory. They will coloured with the green, white and orange of the tricolour to celebrate Ireland’s national day.
We will also have special themed chocolates and other treats to indulge in on the day or to save for later. There will also be all our usual treats and goodies.
So if you are coming to the parade on Friday or the market at Skibbereen on Saturday, please come and say hi and have a taste; I always like everyone to have a taste so they can find out what they like!
